Cancelling or Modifying your order 
We use an automatic system that process orders as soon as it is paid. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been paid for

Items bought as sets must be returned in sets


2. Request a return or exchange from within your profile page. No return or exchange on personal items


3. Attach a copy of the sales invoice.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit via store credit to your online wallet minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use your online wallet to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Uvizjon Marketplace does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Buzz876 Marketplace reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Buzz876 Marketplace reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above

Final Sale Items

All  Sales items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as  costumes) are also considered Final Sale and non-returnable.  See Nonreturnable Checklist


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Uvizjon, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Uvizjon does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered
